Job Summary:
Guardforce Global is inviting candidates to apply for the position of Operations Inspector. The role is responsible for ensuring the efficient, compliant, and disciplined delivery of security operations across all assigned sites. This position requires hands-on field supervision, strong leadership, and effective coordination with the Control Center, HR, Accounts, Transport, and other departments.

Accurate planning, regular updates, and strict adherence to operational discipline are essential, as manpower deployment depends on effective roster management and site control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and accurate roster management for assigned sites
• Providing strong field leadership and accountability
• Conducting site inspections and ensuring operational discipline
• Coordinating with Control Center and internal departments
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements
• Preparing and submitting operational reports

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience within security operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Valid security license as per local regulatory requirements (SIRA)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skill

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
