Security Operations Manager

Salary: $60,000 annually

Schedule: Monday to Friday | Day Shift (Full-Time)

Position Overview

Citadel Security USA is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee daily activity across several client sites in the Denver area. This role focuses on keeping operations running smoothly, supporting field staff, and maintaining clear communication with both clients and internal teams.

The position includes a mix of office work and time spent in the field, checking on sites and making sure everything is staffed and operating as expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across assigned locations
• Build and adjust schedules to maintain proper coverage
• Provide direction and support to officers and site supervisors
• Reinforce company policies and site-specific procedures
• Review incidents and ensure proper follow-up and documentation
• Respond to operational issues or emergencies as needed
• Visit sites to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with company standards and applicable regulations
• Maintain working relationships with clients, vendors, and local contacts
• Assist with training and development of team members
• Track performance and provide updates to leadership
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required
• Experience supervising or managing a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities
• Good judgment and problem-solving ability
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in security operations or a related leadership role
• Familiarity with CCTV, alarm systems, or access control
• Experience handling incident reviews and report writing
• General understanding of compliance and security practices
  
  

Work Environment

• Combination of office responsibilities and fieldwork
• Travel between sites within the Denver / Front Range area
• Schedule may shift slightly based on operational needs
