Security Operations Manager

Location: Denver, CO, 80238

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $80,000 annually + up to 20% performance-based bonus

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Overview

Citadel Security USA is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee operations across multiple client accounts in the Northfield area of Denver. This leadership role combines operational oversight, staff management, and client support to help ensure each location is properly staffed, compliant, and operating efficiently.

The position requires someone who can manage multiple priorities at once, communicate effectively with both clients and field personnel, and respond quickly to operational concerns as they arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations across multiple assigned client sites
• Conduct routine site visits to review performance, staffing, and overall conditions
• Ensure all post orders, emergency procedures, and operational guidelines remain current
• Recruit, onboard, train, and support supervisors and security officers
• Develop and maintain staffing schedules to ensure proper coverage
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and corrective action when appropriate
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and maintain strong working relationships
• Respond to service concerns and follow up on incidents, complaints, or operational requests
• Review incident reports, staffing activity, and site documentation for accuracy
• Monitor scheduling, payroll items, and timekeeping records
• Assist with expense tracking and operational budgeting awareness
• Verify all employees maintain required licenses, certifications, and training
• Investigate workplace issues, policy violations, or operational concerns
• Coordinate with emergency responders or outside agencies when necessary
• Attend meetings and provide operational updates to leadership and clients
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education is a plus
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in security management, supervision, or operations
• Experience overseeing multiple teams or client locations
• Working knowledge of security operations and emergency response procedures
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in contract security or multi-site account management
• Industry certifications such as CPP, PSP, or related credentials
• Experience using scheduling, reporting, or workforce management systems
• Familiarity with compliance reviews, audits, and operational planning
