Job Description

SUS Global Enterprises is seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee security operations, personnel management, and client site supervision across New Jersey.

This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with NJ SORA regulations, maintaining high guard performance standards, and supporting the continued growth of our security operations.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership ability, understands security operations and guard management, and can respond quickly to operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage security officers across multiple client sites
• Ensure all officers are properly SORA registered and compliant
• Conduct site inspections and performance checks
• Assist with scheduling, coverage, and emergency staffing needs
• Communicate with clients and resolve operational issues
• Train and mentor new security officers
• Maintain incident reports and operational documentation
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding new security personnel
• Ensure guards maintain professional conduct and alertness while on duty

Requirements

NJ SORA License (Required)

• Minimum 3–5 years security supervision experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between sites
• Experience with guard scheduling and operations management
• Ability to handle emergency situations and staffing issues
• Professional appearance and strong integrity

Preferred:

Former military, law enforcement, or corporate security supervisor

Compensation

$28 – $35 per hour (based on experience)
