Job Summary
Security Professional duties will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a public-facing environment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or unusual occurrences within the location.
Assist with access control and monitor entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, tenants, and property management regarding security-related matters.
Support emergency response efforts as directed by the emergency response plan.
