Security Supervisor – Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead security guards to ensure effective site security operations.
• Monitor daily deployment, attendance, and shift scheduling of security personnel.
• Conduct regular patrol inspections to ensure guards are performing duties correctly.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, client requirements, and UAE security regulations.
• Respond immediately to incidents, emergencies, alarms, and security breaches.
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports for management and clients.
• Coordinate with control room operators, site teams, and management for smooth operations.
• Provide guidance, training, and performance monitoring for security staff.
• Conduct toolbox talks, briefings, and shift handovers to ensure clear communication.
• Inspect security equipment, uniforms, and site facilities to maintain operational standards.
• Ensure all guards maintain professional appearance, discipline, and conduct.
• Handle staff concerns, operational challenges, and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Liaise with clients professionally and address site security concerns effectively.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm response coordination when required.
• Maintain accurate daily occurrence reports, incident reports, and attendance records.
• Ensure proper implementation of emergency response procedures and evacuation protocols.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for security improvement.
• Support management in maintaining high service standards and client satisfaction.
