Security Installation Technician

For people who take ownership, chase growth, and want their work to mean something.

At Alliant Security, we don’t just install security systems, we build safety, trust, and reliability that businesses depend on. As a veteran‑owned company serving clients across multiple states, we’re grounded in a culture of ownership, integrity, hustle, humility, and continuous growth.

If you're the kind of person who shows up, leans in, and takes pride in doing things the right way, you’ll fit right in here.

Works Hard & Shows Up for the Team

This work isn’t always easy—travel, tight spaces, ladders—but you’re the kind of person who digs in and gets it done.

Communicates Clearly & Respectfully

You know how to speak up, ask questions, and communicate with teammates and clients in a professional, confident way.

Values Safety, Accuracy, and Doing It Right

Precision matters. Lives and property depend on it. You take that seriously.

  • Build troubleshooting fundamentals and help diagnose wiring, connectivity, and equipment issues.
  • Keep tools, materials, and job sites clean, organized, and accounted for.

  • Accurately document the work you complete using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Travel up to 100% of the time to commercial job sites across multiple states—typically home on weekends.
  • Follow all company and site safety requirements without exception.

Skills & Qualifications

You don’t need to come in knowing everything. But you’ll succeed if you have:

  • A basic understanding of electronics OR relevant technical training.
  • Interest in the security industry (CCTV, access control, alarms, networking).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
