Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming Presence: Be the friendly first point of contact, checking IDs and greeting guests as they arrive.

Safety Champion: Implement and uphold security measures at the entrance and throughout the venue, ensuring guests follow the rules and enjoy the show safely.

Crisis Whisperer: Assess and respond to situations with a calm and composed demeanor, expertly de-escalating any issues that arise.

Tech Whiz: Utilize computer-based systems for visitor screening and box office operations.

Box Office Ace: Handle box office duties before each show, including ticketing, refunds, and ensuring smooth guest entry.

Team Collaborator: Work seamlessly with hosts and staff, assisting with seating arrangements and preparing for larger parties.

Comfort Keeper: Ensure the safety and comfort of our patrons and staff, maintaining a positive and professional image of the company.

Versatile Contributor: Embrace additional duties as assigned, always ready to pitch in where needed.

Qualifications:

Security/First Response Experience: Previous experience in security or as a first responder is helpful but we will train the right individual..

Cool and Collected: Demonstrated ability to stay calm, patient, and effective under pressure.

Customer Service Star: Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience.

Team Player: Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse group of colleagues.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computer-based technology and performing basic box office tasks.

Positive Image: A friendly and approachable demeanor, dedicated to presenting a positive company image.

Requirements:

Must be 21+ Years Old

Must have POS experience

Must be available Wednesday-Sunday

Must be comfortable working in the dark and maneuvering through tight spaces

Training pay is $15/hr

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
