Horizon Bridge ABA Position Overview:

This is a full-time, center-based role working directly with young children to build communication, behavior, and daily living skills through structured, play-based therapy.

No prior ABA experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support!

This role is best suited for individuals who enjoy working with children, can stay active throughout the day, and prefer a structured, consistent work environment. We're looking for enthusiastic, compassionate, energetic team players to work with children with autism and special needs through 1:1 ABA therapy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Working 1:1 with children ages 2–7
  • Implementing structured therapy programs
  • Supporting communication and social development
  • Engaging in play-based learning activities
  • Recording session data (training provided)
  • Working closely with a clinical team

Ideal Candidate:

  • Has experience working with children (daycare, preschool, nannying, etc.)
  • Is comfortable being active and engaged throughout the day
  • Can follow structure and maintain consistency
  • Communicates professionally
  • Is reliable and punctual
  • Is open to feedback and learning

Basic Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in-person in Bloomington, MN
  • Availability Monday through Friday during daytime hours
  • Comfortable with active, child-focused work, including: toilet training, skill development.

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Background in childcare, education, or healthcare
  • Psychology or education-related studies
  • Experience supporting children with developmental needs
  • Prior ABA or RBT experience

Compensation Levels:

Placement is based on experience and qualifications:

  • Level 3: Entry-level, no ABA experience required
  • Level 2: Relevant experience with children or related field
  • Level 1: Advanced experience and/or demonstrated high performance

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
