Seeking Litigation/Business Attorney (4-20 Years Experience)

Marshall Presley & Pipal, PLLC is a transactional and litigation law firm with a statewide presence in construction law, business law, and insurance defense. The firm represents clients ranging from small businesses to publicly traded companies. The firm's primary office is located in Southlake, Texas, but employees may have the option to work remotely (from anywhere in Texas--or beyond). Deposition, law and motion practice, and trial/arbitration experience are preferred. Construction law experience is preferred but not required.
