Our mission comes to life at our accessible central location extends directly into the community through our innovative Mobile Multi-Specialty Clinic. This program delivers vital primary, urgent, and psychiatric care to unsheltered individuals across LA County, meeting patients where they are.

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Physician who is driven by a sense of purpose to join our team in a full-time, non-partnership track position.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Patient-Centered Clinical Care: Conduct thorough patient examinations, diagnose a broad spectrum of health conditions, and develop effective, personalized treatment plans. Your caseload will include everything from common acute illnesses to the management of complex chronic diseases like asthma and other pulmonary conditions.
• Comprehensive Health Services: Deliver a wide array of services including preventive care, annual wellness exams, school/sports/employment physicals, immigration exams, personal injury evaluations, and chronic disease management.
• Innovative Street Medicine: Operate as a key provider on our mobile clinic fleet, bringing compassionate primary and urgent care directly to unsheltered and vulnerable populations throughout Los Angeles County.
• In-House Diagnostics: Leverage our on-site diagnostic capabilities, such as X-ray, ultrasound, EKG, laboratory services, and lung function testing, to make informed, timely decisions for your patients.
• Specialized Patient Support: Complete necessary evaluations and documentation for specialized needs, including disability assessments and emotional support animal certifications.

Who You Are (Qualifications & Experience):

• Education & Credentials: You hold a Medical Degree from an accredited institution and possess a valid, active California state medical license.
• Clinical Experience: You have a proven track record of diagnosing and treating a wide variety of medical conditions. Previous experience serving diverse and underserved patient populations is a significant advantage.
• Key Skills:
• Outstanding clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• A compassionate, empathetic bedside manner and excellent communication skills.
• The adaptability and comfort to provide exceptional care in both a traditional clinic and a mobile unit environment.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: A flexible schedule is required, encompassing standard clinic hours at our Crenshaw location and variable shifts for mobile clinic operations.
