About the Position: Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Full-Time)

We are seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Charlotte team. This position offers a mix of urgent care and primary care, with opportunities to perform procedures and expand clinical skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating and treating acute illnesses and injuries
• Managing common primary care conditions
• Performing physical exams and procedures
• Ordering and interpreting labs and imaging
• Providing preventive care and patient education
• Collaborating closely with supervising physician
• Evaluate and treat acute and chronic conditions

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in North Carolina
• Strong clinical judgment and efficiency
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Preferred (not required):

• Urgent care or emergency medicine experience
• Procedure experience
• Interest in weight loss or metabolic care (GLP-1)
• Perform minor procedures (laceration repair, I&D, injections, etc.)
• Order and interpret labs and imaging
• Provide patient education and follow-up care
• Collaborate with supervising physician
