Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
• Engage with customers in a friendly, energetic manner, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience from ordering to departure.
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math transactions with precision to maintain accurate sales records.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Monitor the bar area during shifts to ensure safety, compliance with liquor laws, and a positive environment for all guests.
• Assist in setting up for events and providing catering support when needed.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours while maintaining high-quality service.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or food service experience, preferably in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to engaging guests.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling, and responsible serving practices.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and retail math scenarios.
• Experience working in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred; retail math skills are a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years old and hold any necessary certifications required by local regulations.
