Seeking Part-Time leasing agent for Oregon Place Apartments

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Part-Time Leasing Agent to join our team at Oregon Place Apartments. In this vital role, you will be the friendly face and primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process with enthusiasm and professionalism. DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and answer any questions they may have
- Process rental applications

- Clean apartments, if delegated by the property manager.
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages, if delegated by the property manager.
- Respond to tenant email, texts and phone calls in a timely manner

- Enter maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Market available apartments through various channels such as posting ads on Craigslist to attract potential tenants

QUALIFICATIONS

- Previous experience as a leasing agent, work in property management / customer service is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, work with little to no supervision and manage time effectively
- Experience in Yardi and Rent Cafe' or similar property management software is a plus but not required

- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

- Exceptional communication skills with polished phone etiquette and customer relationship management skills.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

• This position does require the leasing agent to assist with snow removal from sidewalks in the winter time, even on holidays and weekends. Are you willing to do this essential task?

• Computer: 1 year (Preferred)
• Yardi / Rent Cafe or other leasing software: 1 year (Preferred)
