First Priority Recovery Solutions is a homeowner-focused foreclosure solutions platform that provides client education, outreach, intake, and consultation coordination for homeowners facing foreclosure-related matters in Florida.

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Our role is to identify homeowners early in the foreclosure process, gather structured case information, and connect them with qualified, Florida Bar–licensed attorneys who may be able to assist them.

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Florida foreclosure defense attorneys to join our professional network. Attorneys in our network receive pre-screened homeowner inquiries, case summaries, and consultation coordination support, allowing them to focus on legal representation rather than marketing or client acquisition.

Each attorney maintains full independence and discretion over:

• Whether to meet with a homeowner
• Whether to accept representation
• The terms of any engagement

Responsibilities

• Review foreclosure-related matters, including mortgage, HOA, condo, and lien-related cases
• Conduct consultations directly with homeowners
• Provide foreclosure defense representation when retained
• Maintain all attorney-client relationships independently
• Communicate consultation outcomes (retained / not retained) to our coordination team

Qualifications

• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
• Experience handling foreclosure defense matters
• Knowledge of Florida judicial foreclosure procedures
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Ability to handle cases statewide (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.97 - $31.28 per hour
