Selenium Automation Testing Trainer

Job Summary

Solve Tech Training Institute is seeking a skilled and motivated Selenium Automation Testing Trainer to deliver software testing training programs in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about automation testing, QA processes, and technical training, including freshers or professionals with up to 2–3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on Selenium Automation Testing concepts and tools.
• Teach Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Maven, JUnit, and automation frameworks.
• Explain manual testing fundamentals, SDLC, STLC, and defect tracking processes.
• Conduct hands-on sessions using Java/Python with Selenium automation scripts.
• Guide participants in building automation testing projects and test cases.
• Assist in preparing and updating training materials and course content.
• Support students in interview preparation and practical assignments.
• Stay updated with the latest QA automation tools and industry practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Freshers or candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Selenium Automation Testing and QA methodologies.
• Familiarity with Java or Python programming is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and software testing.
