Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and providing exceptional support to clients. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, managing accounts, delivering product knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and address their needs effectively
• Demonstrated Sales and Sales Management abilities to meet and exceed sales goals and manage client accounts
• Experience in Training to provide product knowledge and support to clients or sales teams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and independently
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems
• Fluency in English and Arabic is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field is preferred
