Position: Self Sales Closer

Campaign Type: Outbound/Cold Calling

Services: SEO, GMB, website customization, website development, google Guarantee etc

Location: Onsite – Paragon City, Lahore
Shift Timing: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
Gender: Male & Female Candidates Welcome

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound client communications
• Convert leads into successful sales
• Maintain professional relationships with clients
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and sales activity

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Strong confidence and convincing power
• Sales mindset with the ability to close deals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude
• Previous sales experience is a plus (but not mandatory)
• Good Opening & Closing skills

What We Offer:

• Commission Rate: 25% 30% (Sales or Revenue Generated)
• Dollar Rate: 220PKR - 230PKR
• Month Salary: 80K -100K
• Travel Allowance: 10K-15K paid by the company
