Self-Storage Assistant Property Manager - Customer Service

EZ Storage seeks a full-time customer service associate for our Self-Storage Properties in West Los Angeles and Marina Del Rey.

Requirements:

  • Open availability 9am-6PM
  • Weekend availability
  • Schedule is not set and is subject to change
  • Work locations: West Los Angeles and Marina Del Rey
  • Customer service: 3 years

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
  • Show and rent spaces.
  • Stock/sell locks and other moving supplies as directed.
  • Answer telephone inquiries and provide administrative assistance to tenants.
  • Perform lock checks.
  • Keep the facility, restrooms, and grounds up to the highest of cleanliness standards (i.e., prep spaces, sweeping, picking up trash around the property, etc.)

A Current Non expired Government ID and/or Passport are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.25 - $21.25 per hour
