Self Verifier – ACA & Medicare Campaign

Riseon BPO is seeking experienced and motivated Self Verifiers to join our ACA & Medicare campaigns at our Rawalpindi office.

The ideal candidate should have prior call center experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to accurately verify customer information while maintaining quality and compliance standards. This is a full-time, on-site night shift position offering growth opportunities within a professional work environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify customer information accurately and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with campaign requirements and quality standards
• Maintain professional communication with customers
• Review and validate application details
• Identify and report discrepancies when necessary
• Meet daily and weekly performance targets

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience preferred
• Experience in ACA and/or Medicare campaigns is an advantage
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
