About the Role:
Strive BPO Limited is hiring Self Verifiers for our ACA Healthcare Campaign. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are confident on calls, detail-oriented, and eager to build a long-term career in customer service and verification.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound verification calls to confirm customer information.
• Verify and update data collected by sales or support representatives.
• Maintain accurate call logs and CRM records.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies with team leads.
• Follow verification scripts and ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of call center or verification experience (required).
• Strong English communication and listening skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be based in Rawalpindi and available for on-site work.

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Shift: Night (7:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
• Pay: Rs. 30,000 – 80,000 per month
• Only for Rawalpindi/Islamabad
