Position: Self Verifier (Medicare / ACA) – Night Shift
Salary: Starting from PKR 45,000/-

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for verifying customer details, ensuring compliance with healthcare guidelines, and delivering a professional and seamless experience on every call. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to verify Medicare / ACA customer information.
• Follow compliance protocols and maintain script accuracy.
• Listen carefully and respond to inquiries with professionalism.
• Record and update all customer details in the system with precision.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling when appropriate.
• Ensure every interaction reflects confidence, empathy, and integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience (Medicare / ACA preferred).
• Education: High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Age: 18 years or older.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Excellent listening, problem-solving, and rapport-building abilities.
• Ability to work with accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy and data entry proficiency.
