Responsibilities

• Verify and qualify ACA leads according to campaign guidelines.
• Confirm customer eligibility and required information accurately.
• Maintain professionalism and compliance throughout all interactions.
• Ensure accurate data entry and documentation.
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
• Work closely with team leaders and management to achieve campaign goals.

Requirements

• Prior ACA Verification experience is mandatory.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Excellent listening, verification, and customer interaction skills.
• Ability to handle calls confidently and professionally.
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
