About the Role

Allstate Exteriors is expanding in Florida, and we’re looking for a high-performing, sales-driven General Manager to lead one of our growing branches. This is a rare opportunity for the right leader to own the success of a $2M+ operation — with compensation to match.

This is a true Selling General Manager role — part sales leadership, part operational ownership, and full impact.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $60,000
• Sales Commission: 7% on personal sales
• Profit Share: Based on branch net profit
• Expected Total Compensation: $130k–$200k+ depending on performance

What You’ll DoSales Responsibilities

• Run 1 in-home sales appointment per day
• Lead, coach, and develop a full-time sales representative
• Drive revenue growth to reach and exceed branch targets

Leadership & Management

• Oversee a small operations team
• Manage branch P&L and operational performance
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience from sale through final production
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

Operations & Production

• Manage the production workflow of all sold jobs
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to company standards
• Oversee vendor relationships, schedules, and quality control
