Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven SEM Manager to lead our search engine marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in performance marketing and digital advertising, with expertise in managing PPC campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels. This role requires strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of conversion optimization to enhance our online presence and drive e-commerce growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEM strategies to achieve business goals and maximize ROI.
  • Manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Advertising, and Twitter Ads.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords for campaigns.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and other web analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and overall user experience for improved conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to align SEM efforts with broader digital marketing strategies.
  • Oversee budgeting for all SEM activities, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Implement media buying strategies and manage relationships with advertising platforms.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Tag Manager and DoubleClick for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SEM, SEO tools, and digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in performance marketing with a focus on SEM and PPC campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Advertising, Twitter Ads, and affiliate marketing.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics for data-driven decision making.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and tools to enhance overall digital marketing efforts.
  • Experience in e-commerce environments is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights for optimization.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration across teams.
