Semi Chartered Accountant

The Semi-Chartered Accountant supports the finance and accounting function by assisting with financial reporting, audits, taxation, and day-to-day accounting operations. The role is suitable for candidates who have completed part of their professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA Inter / ACCA part-qualified) and are gaining practical experience toward full qualification.

Key Responsibilities

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and general ledger entries
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

Audit & Compliance

• Assist in internal and external audit processes
• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Taxation

• Assist in preparation and filing of tax returns (income tax, VAT/GST, withholding tax, etc.)
• Maintain tax records and supporting schedules
• Liaise with tax authorities and auditors when required

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare management reports and financial analyses
• Support senior accountants and finance managers in decision-making
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Administrative & Support

• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
• Support senior staff in finance-related projects
• Assist with payroll processing and statutory deductions (if applicable)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
