convening and providing administration for annual general meetings

  • Keeping up to date with regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the organisation.
  • Ensuring that policies are up to date and are approved.
  • Must have Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Must be Updated with the Recent amendments in SEBI Act and Companies Act
  • Holding Minutes of Meeting , AGM / EGM , Managing other Secretarial compliances

· Maintaining Statutory Registers such as registers of members, directors, and those with significant control.

  • Filing essential documents with Companies House (confirmation statements, accounts, and director appointments).

· Organising board meetings and ensuring proper minute-taking and voting processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
