Job Title: Semi-Qualified Company Secretary

Location: Mumbai

Reporting To: Company Secretary

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Semi-Qualified Company Secretary (having completed CS Executive level and

pursuing or awaiting CS Final exams) to support the compliance and corporate governance functions of

the company. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of corporate laws, secretarial

practices, and regulatory frameworks under the Companies Act, 2013, LODR and other applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in the preparation and filing of various forms and returns with the Ministry of Corporate

Affairs (MCA).

 Draft notices, agendas, resolutions, and minutes for Board and General Meetings.

 Maintain statutory registers and records as required under the Companies Act.

 Support in the preparation and submission of annual reports, returns, and disclosures.

 Ensure compliance with company law, SEBI regulations (if applicable), and other legal requirements.

 Coordinate with various internal departments, external consultants, and regulatory authorities.

 Monitor amendments in corporate laws and disseminate relevant updates internally.

Key Requirements:

 Passed CS Executive and pursuing or awaiting CS Professional exams.

 0–3 years of relevant work experience in a corporate or practicing CS firm.

 Good understanding of the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, FEMA, and other applicable laws.

 Strong verbal and written communication skills.

 Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
