We are looking for a Semi-Qualified CS professional with strong expertise in corporate secretarial work and regulatory compliances. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing assignments independently and delivering high-quality support to clients.

Candidates appearing for the December 2025 CS examinations will not be considered and should refrain from applying.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle corporate secretarial compliances under the Companies Act, 2013.
- Manage SEBI LODR compliances, including preparation and filing of required disclosures and reports.
- Support in RBI-related compliances, including reporting and documentation.
- Undertake legal due diligence and related compliance processes for M&A transactions.
- Work on FEMA compliance filings and related reporting (experience preferred).
- Prepare board and shareholder meeting documents, minutes, notices, and resolutions.
- Maintain statutory registers, compliance trackers, and client documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and regulatory authorities when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Semi-qualified CS (passed Executive/Professional modules).
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience in CS/compliance roles.
- Strong knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI LODR, and RBI compliance frameworks.
- Exposure to M&A and FEMA will be an added advantage.
- Ability to independently handle clients and manage multiple assignments.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and compliance filing platforms.
