Role Overview

As OneX Solutions Pvt. Ltd. prepares for its IPO, we urgently seek a qualified Company Secretary to ensure full compliance with IPO norms, company laws, and governance standards. Based in Kolkata, this critical role involves managing IPO documentation, startup registrations for new ventures, and providing impartial strategic advice to the board while handling statutory filings and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee adherence to company law, listing rules, governance codes; file statutory returns and maintain company records.
  • Prepare, create, and maintain IPO documents; control and check credits of inventory.
  • Assist in startup registrations for new ideas and ventures.
  • Manage shareholder communications, arrange AGMs, handle share schemes, and build investor relations.
  • Implement compliance systems, liaise with external advisors, and provide expert advice to the board on governance, legal, financial, and strategic matters.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong expertise in compliance and IPO documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Technical proficiency with ability to provide impartial advice and strategic insights.

Education & Experience

  • Must be a qualified CS (Company Secretary).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
