Senior 2D graphics Designer (Events)

Job Overview

• We are hiring a Senior 2D Designer / Visualizer with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the events and exhibitions industry.
• The candidate must have strong conceptual and visualization skills.
• Experience in government events, large-scale exhibitions, expos, or summits will be highly preferred.
• This is a hands-on execution-focused design role.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret event themes and client briefs into impactful visual concepts.
• Develop cohesive branding systems for large-scale event environments.
• Design and execute:
• Event and venue branding
• Stage backdrops and panels
• Exhibition stall graphics
• Government event branding
• Wayfinding systems
• Large-format banners and installations
• Create structured layouts with strong graphic language and visual hierarchy.
• Ensure all artwork is accurate, scalable, and production-ready.
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple deliverables.
• Coordinate with 3D designers, production teams, and project managers for smooth execution.
• Handle multiple projects in deadline-driven environments.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in event or exhibition design.
• Strong conceptual visualization ability.
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• CorelDRAW
• Strong understanding of:
• Typography and layout systems
• Banner and large-format design
• Print production and pre-press processes
• Environmental graphics and spatial branding
• Ability to understand scale and execution realities in on-ground events.
• Strong attention to detail and design accuracy.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in government projects or high-profile public events.
• Strong portfolio showcasing large-format event work.
• Ability to independently manage the 2D design scope of a project.
• Comfortable working under pressure and tight timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
