Job Title: Generalist Artist – Modelling, Texturing, Rigging & Animation

We are seeking a talented and versatile Generalist Artist with 2+ years of experience in modelling, texturing, rigging, and animation. The ideal candidate will work on a variety of projects, creating high-quality assets and animations while collaborating with creative and technical teams. This is an exciting opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment and work on visually compelling projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D models for characters, props, and environments
• Apply textures and materials that enhance realism and style
• Rig characters and mechanical objects for smooth motion and deformation
• Animate assets for scenes, sequences, and storytelling
• Work closely with designers, art directors, and developers to meet project requirements
• Optimize assets while maintaining visual fidelity and performance
• Review feedback and iterate on work to achieve the best results
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques

Skills & Qualifications:
✔ 2+ years of experience as a 3D Generalist Artist
✔ Strong knowledge of modelling, texturing, rigging, and animation pipelines
✔ Proficiency in tools such as Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, or equivalent
✔ Experience with Substance Painter, Mari, or other texturing software is a plus
✔ Solid understanding of topology, UV mapping, shading, and lighting
✔ Ability to work independently and in teams under tight deadlines
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Creative mindset and keen eye for detail

Additional (Preferred):
✨ Experience with Unreal Engine, Unity, or other real-time engines
✨ Background in gaming, film, or advertising industries
✨ Portfolio demonstrating a range of modelling, texturing, rigging, and animation work
