Senior 3D Artist

B·U·T Dubai is hiring a Senior 3D Artist/Animator. As part of an experienced team of professionals working on projects for fortune 500 companies you will create cutting edge solutions. Together with colleagues around the world in 4 offices you will maintain and solidify our reputation as the leading technologically advanced and innovating user experience company.

YOUR JOB

• You design stunning virtual environments in Unity and Unreal

• You create 3D models and animations close to reality

• You work on interactive presentations and apps for large corporations

• You can think conceptually, and you see the bigger picture

• You build dynamic content and integrate audiovisual material

• You communicate with developers and project manager to ensure smooth workflows and timely delivery.

Requirements to apply

• You have 5+ years of professional experience in a 3D artist role, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in both Unity and Unreal Engine.

• You are Proficient in 3D modelling software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max,).

• You have Experience with lighting, post-processing, and visual effects within Unity and Unreal.

• You have a Solid understanding of performance optimization and best practices for real-time rendering.

• You have Strong skills in texturing (Substance Painter/Designer, Photoshop) and materials setup (PBR workflows).

• You can manage time effectively, work independently, but also in a team and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment.

• You are precise and prompt and you do what you promise

• You have Excellent communication and collaboration skill

• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written
