About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior 3D Artist who specializes in architectural drawings and visualization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in producing high-quality 3D models, renders, and detailed architectural visuals that support design, planning, and presentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality 3D models, architectural drawings, and photo-realistic renders for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Translate architectural concepts, sketches, and technical drawings into accurate 3D visualizations.
• Work closely with architects, designers, and project teams to refine visual outputs.
• Prepare rendered images, walkthroughs, flythroughs, and VR-ready visuals as required.
• Ensure all models and drawings meet project standards and maintain accuracy.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
• Maintain updated knowledge of rendering engines, visualization tools, and architectural workflows.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience as a 3D Artist in the architecture field.
• Strong proficiency in:
• 3ds Max / Maya
• SketchUp
• Revit
• AutoCAD
• V-Ray / Corona / Lumion / Enscape
• Photoshop and post-production tools
• Deep understanding of architectural design, detailing, lighting, texturing, and materials.
• Proven ability to create realistic architectural renders and animations.
• Strong visualization, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or 3D Visualization.
• Experience with BIM workflows is a plus.
• Knowledge of Unreal Engine/Unity for advanced visualizations is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹11,471.98 - ₹52,295.60 per month
