We are looking for a Senior 3D Technical Director who can take ownership of our 3D production pipeline and technical strategy. You won’t just manage projects—you will define how we build, optimize, and deliver immersive experiences. You will lead a skilled team of artists and developers, bridging the gap between creative ambition and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Leadership:
Design, implement, and optimize scalable 3D production pipelines for real-time and pre-rendered projects.

End-to-End Project Oversight:
Guide projects from concept and prototyping through final delivery, ensuring quality and performance.

Team Leadership:
Mentor 3D artists, animators, and developers. Lead reviews and provide clear, constructive feedback.

Technical Direction:
Ensure efficient rendering, asset optimization, and real-time performance across platforms.

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration:
Translate technical concepts into clear solutions for clients and internal teams.

What We Are Looking For

Experience:
7+ years in 3D visualization, technical direction, or real-time development, with leadership experience.

Portfolio:
A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality 3D, real-time, or interactive projects is required.

Technical Skills:
Advanced expertise in Unreal Engine or Unity, with strong knowledge of Blender, Maya, or similar tools.

Leadership:
Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex creative and technical workflows.

Mindset:
You are solutions-driven, balancing technical excellence with project timelines and business goals.
