Senior 3D Visualization & Interior/Exterior Designer

We are looking for a Senior 3D Visualization & Interior/Exterior Designer who can deliver photorealistic renderings that meet international standards. The role requires a balance of technical expertise and artistic vision to transform architectural designs into compelling visual experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create photorealistic interior & exterior renderings with strict attention to detail.
• Convert CAD/BIM drawings into accurate 3D models.
• Stage and design interiors and exteriors with realistic materials, lighting, and finishes.
• Deliver 2D walkthroughs, AR/VR-ready assets, and cinematic animations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to meet deadlines.

Compensation

• Basic Salary: Competitive monthly base.
• Commission: Earn commission on each completed project, with performance-based growth opportunities.

Required Skills & ExpertiseMandatory

• 3ds Max + V-Ray/Corona → for flagship photorealism.
• D5 Render → for fast, cinematic real-time rendering.
• Strong ability to interpret AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD models.
• Strong eye for interior design, exterior composition, and color balance.
• Proven portfolio of both interior & exterior photorealistic projects.

Preferred (Bonus Skills)

• Unreal Engine / Twinmotion → AR/VR immersive presentations.
• Lumion → exterior visualizations and quick previews.
• Photoshop/After Effects → for professional post-production.
