Senior A2P Messaging Manager in Telecom

The company, a leading player in the telecommunications and messaging solutions industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced International Senior A2P Messaging Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales within the international SMS and messaging space, specifically targeting enterprises in the fintech, online gaming, e-commerce, logistics, and other enterprise sectors.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for international SMS and messaging services in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
• Identify and target international enterprises, with a focus on key regions including India, Central Asia, Middle East, Europe and North America.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential enterprise clients, SMS aggregators, CPaaS providers, Mobile Network Operators, and other relevant partners.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and ensure a competitive edge.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports, monitor sales performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their messaging needs and tailor solutions that align with their business objectives
• Lead negotiations and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for both parties.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams such as product development, data mining officer, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless customer experience and successful service delivery.

Qualifications:

1) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

2) Minimum of [3] years of experience in international SMS/messaging sales.

3) Experience working with SMS aggregators, CPaaS providers, and Mobile Network Operators.

4) Familiarity with the telecommunications industry and messaging solutions.

5) Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

6) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
