Senior Academic Counsellor

We are looking for an 8 to 10 years experienced in any CBSE/ICSE School and passionate for the post of Head Master to join our CBSE School. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills Team Management skill, Techno-savvy, and have the ability to adapt to a creative and adaptive communication environment. Hard work and dedication are essential qualities for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Supervision: Regularly inspecting classroom teaching, checking lesson plans, and monitoring student performance.
• Staff Management: Recruiting, training, and assigning work to teachers and staff, promoting professional development.
• Scheduling: Preparing the school timetable, school calendar, and managing daily operations.
• Parental Engagement: Maintaining strong communication with parents, holding meetings, and sharing progress reports.
• Strategic Planning: Creating a, long-term vision for school improvement and setting clear, actionable educational goals.
• Examinations: Creating plan for examinations, evaluations, and results.

Requirements:

Age: 45 and above

Additional: Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum, administrative skills

Qualification: Masters

Professional Qualification: B. Ed

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to use technology to enhance teaching.

Ability to work in a creative and adaptive environment.

Strong work ethic and dedication to the job.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
