About the Role:
Kuwait City is recognized as a growing center for education, leadership development, and professional advancement, and at L2L Leadership & Learning Academy, we apply that same standard to academic excellence and transformational learning experiences. We build educational programs that combine academic rigor, industry relevance, and learner-centered innovation. We believe that education leadership is not just about managing courses—it’s about shaping learning experiences that create lasting impact.
We are looking for a Senior Academic Programs Director who can take ownership of our academic strategy and program excellence. You aren’t just reviewing course outlines or approving schedules; you are defining the educational direction of the institution. You will lead a talented team of academic managers, curriculum specialists, and faculty leaders, bridging the gap between academic standards and real-world learning outcomes. You are the advocate for educational quality in a room full of instructors, administrators, and strategic stakeholders.

Modern Infrastructure:
We work with advanced learning management systems, academic analytics platforms, curriculum development tools, and digital education technologies, ensuring our programs stay relevant and impactful.
