We’re hiring two Senior AEs to run full-cycle sales (prospect → discovery → demo → business case → close) with mid-market and enterprise customers across GCC/MENA and select global accounts. This role is remote in the UAE, aligned to UAE business hours, with 0% travel.
What you’ll do
- Own the entire sales cycle: targeted outbound, multi-threaded discovery, tailored demos, commercial negotiation, and handoff to CS.
- Build clear business cases using prospect inputs and Qureos benchmarks (efficiency, cost offsets, consolidation).
- Navigate HR, TA, and business leadership; coordinate legal and procurement in UAE/KSA when needed.
- Keep a clean, accurate pipeline and forecast in HubSpot/Zoho.
- Use Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha/Clearbit for account research and outreach.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Solutions to sharpen narratives and win plans.
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and monthly QBRs; follow provided sales playbooks.
What you’ll bring
- 3–8 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS/HR tech, recruitment services, or AI SaaS, selling to HR/TA leaders.
- Track record winning mid-market/enterprise deals in GCC/KSA/UAE (US exposure a plus).
- Challenger + consultative selling strength: structured discovery, objection handling, and value articulation.
- Comfortable operating both shorter and medium-length cycles (≈30–60 days).
- Fluent English (Arabic is a plus).
- Tooling fluency: HubSpot or Zoho, Apollo, Sales Nav, Lusha/Clearbit.
- High ownership, speed, clarity, and a data-driven builder mindset.
