Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial processes, and the ability to handle multiple accounting tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Manage invoice processing, expense tracking, and vendor payments.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and financial discrepancies.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve financial efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Part professional qualification (CAF/ICMA/ACCA) will be preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
