SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our growing sales team. Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and secure new business opportunities in target markets
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering customized solutions
  • Lead negotiations to close high-value deals, ensuring mutual benefit and sustainable partnerships
  • Conduct warm calling campaigns to generate leads, follow up on prospects, and expand the client base
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations that highlight product value
  • Manage existing accounts proactively to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions effectively

Skills

  • Proven expertise in negotiation, business development, and B2B sales strategies
  • Strong background in technology sales with an understanding of technical products or services
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and sales metrics for strategic decision-making
  • Experience with account management techniques to nurture client relationships over time
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for sales tracking and reporting
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders effectively

Pay: $73,888.63 - $120,000.00 per year
