Job Description
AZVIA is looking to recruit qualified Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Financial Sales Representatives dedicated to excellence in customer service and eager to help their clients achieve their commercial loan needs. Account Executives will be responsible for obtaining, qualifying, and closing loans for clients seeking Fix and Flip, Ground Up Construction, Bridge, DSCR, and various other commercial loan types.
This position is FULLY remote.
Compensation
Top of the market compensation! AZVIA is at the forefront of offering generous recompense to our AEs beginning at .75 basis points. The position is 100% commission-based, and the commission is determined on total loan volume funded monthly. AZVIA prides itself on ensuring AEs are paid at closing, reflective of AZVIA's commitment to timeliness, efficiency, and thoroughness at all levels of its operations.
Duties and Responsibilities in General
- Possesses a solid base understanding of commercial loan products, especially DSCR and Fix & Flip.
- Knows and understands how to create a client book and generate new leads.
- Knows and understands all commercial loan products and procedures for processing commercial loans to include working with appraisers, title, and insurance agents.
- Knows, understands, and is able to explain to prospective and active clients AZVIA’s vision, mission, and values.
- Knows and understands all rules, regulations, and policies as they pertain to the duties and responsibilities of an Account Executive.
- Strives to contact on average at least ten prospective clients per week via phone or mail with appropriate follow-ups to arrange appointments.
- Maintains current databases of prospective clients, current clients, associates, and vendors.
Duties and Responsibilities with Respect to Clients
- Engage with prospective clients and current clients through any and all appropriate customer relationship management tools and means to include, but not limited to, regular in-person meetings, virtual meetings, phone calls, e-mails, texts, and/or mailings.
- Keep the needs of AZVIA clients at the forefront of all advice and actions offered and undertaken.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their vision and goals and focusing on their needs throughout the loan process.
- Manage all aspects of a client’s file to include gathering underwriting documents and ensuring an efficient closing timeline.
- Expeditiously and forthrightly address all client questions and provide thoughtful, circumspect answers to assist a client’s understanding of the loan process and thereby help them to more effectively pursue their commercial lending objectives.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a commercial loan originator is preferred.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in business, finance, accounting or related fields is preferred.
- Joining AZVIA with an already established book of business is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a tenacious drive to be successful.
- Unrivaled organizational ability with the aptitude to simultaneously manage multiple accounts while actively seeking new opportunities.
- Able to navigate Google (G) Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs proficiently.
- Willingness and ability to maintain relevance with respect to all AZVIA policies, rules, regulations, and guidance as well as all required training courses, programs, and modules.
- Refined customer service and public relations skills. This especially includes being available to clients at all times of the day. This does not mean you are expected to work all day, every day. However, it is expected, for instance, that if a client needs to have a call in the evenings, early mornings, and/or weekends, the account executive will seek to accommodate.
- First-rate problem-solving capacity to include creativity in finding solutions to difficult and complex situations and the patience to pursue a course of action to its completion.
- Willingness and ability to work with a team and the flexibility, empathy, and respect for others to collaborate with a diverse group of professionals to promote team cohesion and success.
