The Skills That Seal the Deal

  • 4–6 years of experience in Account Management, preferably in a creative or digital agency
  • Strong working knowledge of GenAI tools, Notion, Meta Business Suite, and project management platforms
  • Proven ability to lead large projects and manage multiple stakeholders with ease
  • Confident in reading campaign performance metrics and using data to guide decisions
  • Skilled at developing client strategy, storytelling, and cross-channel execution
  • Comfortable leading senior-level meetings and influencing outcomes
  • A builder’s mindset—focused on collaboration, process improvement, and long-term growth
