Shift: Night Shift (USA Time Zones) – 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
Salary Bracket: PKR 100,000 – 125,000

Job Description (JD)

The Senior Accounts Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire Accounts Department, ensuring accurate financial management, compliance with accounting standards, and strategic financial planning. They supervise the Accounts/Operations Manager, Assistant Manager, and Accounts Executives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Accounts Department to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and implement financial policies, processes, and controls.
• Oversee preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
• Monitor departmental KPIs and performance metrics.
• Mentor and guide Accounts/Operations Manager, Assistant Manager, and Executives.
• Collaborate with CFO and other departments for financial strategy and planning.

Job Specification (JS)

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional accounting certifications preferred (ACCA, CPA, CMA).

Experience:

• 7+ years in accounting/finance with at least 3 years in senior managerial roles.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong financial analysis, reporting, and accounting skills.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally) and Excel.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
