Senior Account Manager

Requirements:
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience as an Account Manager, preferably within the UAE
- Strong experience in managing key accounts and client relationships
- Proven ability to develop accounts and achieve business targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of contracts, invoicing, and financial coordination
- Ability to work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Excellent command of English (Arabic is an advantage)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with key clients
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and the company
- Ensure client requirements are met and expectations exceeded
- Coordinate with internal departments to deliver projects and services on time
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and account performance reviews
