Job Title: Senior Account Manager

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 8–12+ Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) / MBA Finance
Industry Preference: Construction / Infrastructure / Mining / Manufacturing / Corporate

Roles & Responsibilities Accounting & Financial Management

• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations for the organization
• Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts in Tally / ERP
• Finalize monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements
• Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

• Handle GST compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation)
• Manage TDS returns, payments & reconciliations
• Coordinate with CA, auditors, and tax consultants
• Ensure compliance with Income Tax, Companies Act & statutory laws

Team & Process Management

• Lead and mentor accounts team
• Allocate work and review junior accountants’ output
• Implement internal controls and accounting SOPs
• Improve accounting processes and cost efficiency

Payroll & Statutory

• Supervise payroll processing, salary structure, incentives
• Ensure PF, ESI, PT, LWF compliance and filings
• Handle audits related to payroll & statutory matters

Banking & Treasury

• Manage banking operations (NEFT, RTGS, cheque, LC, BG)
• Perform bank reconciliation (BRS)
• Coordinate with banks for loans, limits, renewals
• Monitor cash flow and working capital

MIS & Management Reporting

• Prepare MIS reports for senior management
• Support budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis
• Provide financial insights for business decisions

Vendor & Client Accounts

• Oversee accounts payable & receivable
• Vendor bill verification and payment approvals
• Monitor collections and follow-ups with clients

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS
• Expertise in Tally, Excel, ERP systems
• Good leadership & communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience handling multi-location accounts
• Construction / Project / Mining accounting exposure
• Knowledge of Hyderabad statutory & local compliance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
