Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications
- Develop, execute, and optimize account strategies aligned with client goals
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Creative, Media, etc.) to deliver high-quality solutions
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and ensure timely delivery
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients
- Identify upselling, cross-selling, and growth opportunities
- Proactively handle client concerns and ensure overall satisfaction
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in Account Management or a similar role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and effectively
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and campaign management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM systems, reporting tools, and relevant software
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a marketing agency is a strong plus
