We are actively seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Account Manager to support and grow a portfolio of orthodontic clients. This is a senior role for someone who thrives at the intersection of digital marketing strategy and healthcare client services.
The successful candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing and a deep understanding of client relationship management. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our clients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is adept at building and nurturing long-lasting client partnerships.You will serve as the primary strategic partner for orthodontists — building their patient acquisition marketing plans, overseeing execution of our agency's digital services, and delivering clear, meaningful reporting and forward-looking recommendations with confidence.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the dedicated strategic partner for a portfolio of orthodontic practice clients — independently managing each relationship from onboarding through long-term growth, with full accountability for retention and satisfaction
- Collaborate on customized digital marketing plans for each practice, tailored to their patient mix, local market, competitive landscape, and growth goals — covering SEO, paid search, paid social, reputation management, and content strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and developers, to execute marketing campaigns and projects
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients and translating campaign performance data into clear, practice-relevant insights that show orthodontists exactly how our work is driving new patient inquiries, consultation bookings, and treatment starts
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand services within each account — recommending new channels, campaigns, or strategies that align with the practice's next stage of growth
- Conduct regular strategic check-ins and quarterly business reviews with practice owners and office managers, presenting performance summaries and forward-looking recommendations with confidence
- Handle client concerns and escalations with sound judgment, resolving issues independently and maintaining trust even through difficult conversations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of account management experience in a digital marketing agency, with a proven track record of independently owning client relationships and delivering measurable results
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience working with healthcare, dental, or orthodontic clients is a strong advantage — you understand the patient journey, HIPAA-aware marketing considerations, and what practice owners actually care about
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Skilled at building marketing plans from the ground up: you can sit with an orthodontist, understand their practice goals, and walk away with a clear, actionable roadmap
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and workstreams simultaneously and without close supervision
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software - Monday.com preferred
