About the Role

Artwing Studios is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to lead client relations and oversee the planning, execution, and performance of social media management. This role requires someone who can manage multiple clients, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure timely deliverables, and maintain high-quality communication at all times.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative agency environment, has strong strategic thinking, and can provide leadership to junior account executives and social media managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and excellent service delivery
• Oversee complete social media management including content calendars, posting schedules, engagement, and performance tracking
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand tones
• Manage creative, design, and performance teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables
• Lead client onboarding, briefing, monthly review meetings, and performance discussions
• Prepare clear, professional presentations, reports, and strategy documents
• Resolve client concerns proactively while ensuring consistent quality and satisfaction
• Monitor campaign analytics, track KPIs, and provide data-driven recommendations
• Mentor and guide junior AMs, community managers, and designers under your supervision
• Support business growth by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services
• Maintain strong internal coordination to ensure overall project efficiency and timely output

Requirements

• Minimum 4–6 years of account management experience in a digital marketing or creative agency
• Strong understanding of social media management, content strategies, and brand communication
• Excellent client communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, lead teams, and manage high-volume workflows
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in managing designers, content creators, and performance teams is preferred
• Proficiency in managing calendars, briefs, performance reports, and project timelines
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Business, or a related field
